Airport Runways

Every airport has them, they are as varried as the wind; however, as much as they are different they are the same. The Watertown Regional Airport has two runways, 17/35 and 12/30. Runways are named by the magnetic heading an aircraft would be facing when using it rounded to the nearest teenth degree with the last digit of the heading removed. For example Runway 17 is actualy 174 degrees magnetic.
